This page describes the structure of the Finnish road and street network and its related datasets. Road and street network information forms the basis for many other road traffic datasets provided by Digitraffic, such as traffic messages and weather data, which are located at various points along the road and street network.
Datasets
Road and street network datasets are published through Digitraffic APIs in a machine-readable format. The datasets include, among other things, the geometry of the road and street network, road numbers and addresses, and other information related to the structure of the network, which can be utilized, for example, in routing and mapping applications.
